FARM 2 U DAY

Merced FFA took over 100 students to Farm 2U at the Merced County Fairgrounds. Our students created multiple presentations, along with other schools in the county, based off of topics in agriculture. They then welcomed in many groups of third graders from different schools in our county to learn about agriculture first hand, through demonstrations and hands on activities. Our students were able to help children make a connection between the food on their plates and the crops produced in our county.
